For the family member who gets all the "can you look at my phone" calls. A membership will give your parent a place to check suspicious messages and get help, even when you can't pick up.
What the membership will include
Memberships aren't open yet, and prices aren't set. Here is what we plan to offer.
- "Is this a scam?" checks. Your parent sends us a screenshot of a strange text or email and gets a plain answer.
- Faster answers from Buster when the free fixes don't cover it.
- Ask Buster anything (coming later, with the top membership level). Ask any tech question in your own words and get a plain answer, even when there's no fix written for it yet. It isn't available today.
- A printable monthly tech checkup: a one-page list of things to check on their phone.
The free fixes and scam alerts will always stay free.
